A thought that never left me

How does someone fall under the spell of one small detail in the professional kitchen? The history of One Way is that of so many niche players. As a seller of supplies for pastry chefs, I saw customers struggle with the old-fashioned (fabric) piping bag. There must be a contemporary and more sustainable solution for that, I thought. My employer did not see any money in this. The thought of a plastic version of the piping bag never left me. That’s why I started developing it myself.
